Are repairs usually completed on the first visit?
88% of repairs are completed on the first visit, however there will be occasions where this is not possible. If this is the case there will be an additional £20 p/h labour charge should we need to re attend.
Can I bring my appliance to you?
Absolutely! Should you wish to bring your oven or hob to us there is just a £45 charge for us to look at it for you.
