Our local delivery service is at the very heart of everything we do at DB Domestics. We strive to ensure that once you have purchased your appliance(s) they are delivered & installed professionally every time. And we pride ourselves in going that extra mile for our customers.
We have our own fleet of vans and each one carries a two man delivery & installation team ready to install your new appliance(s).
Free Next Day Delivery
Free next day delivery available for customers in East Sussex. Delivery across London, Kent and Essex and other surrounding areas are also available for a small fee.
Free 2 Man Delivery
Our service doesn't end at the front door as our 2 man delivery team will deliver your appliance to room of choice as long as it is safe to do so, no matter the number of stairs or what floor you live on.
We deliver 5 days a week
We can deliver your appliance Monday to Friday, but should you not be ready to take your appliance(s) we can store them in our warehouse for no extra cost until you are ready.
Free time slot so you can plan your day
To make your life easier we offer 2 delivery slots at no extra cost:

1pm - 5pm
We can even arrange a 30 minute pre call if required.

There is a small chance we can't arrange delivery to you either via a direct home delivery or courier. Please enter your postcode on our site to see if it is possible or not.

What if you live outside our delivery area?
Depending on the appliance we may still be able to get it delivered either with our own fleet or via courier. Please contact us on 01323 725588 to discuss your requirements.
What about small appliances?
We offer a nationwide delivery service on all small appliances and If your purchase is £200 or over there is no delivery charge, for purchases below this amount there is a small £9.99 delivery charge.
What about Dimplex Fires?
We offer a free next day nationwide delivery service on our full range of fires.
Can I reschedule my delivery?
Of course you can as long as you give us as much notice as possible, there is no charge for this and simply get in contact with us to discuss a new delivery date.
Do you deliver on weekends?
We currently only deliver on the first Saturday a month.
Can you narrow down the time window?
Your delivery will be arranged within the 4 hour window selected as we won't know the delivery route until the actual day. We can offer a free 30 minute pre call though to help plan your day better.
Who delivers my appliance?
All our large white goods are delivered by our own delivery fleet which carries our own branding. For smaller appliances these are delivered via courier and tracking will be supplied once dispatched.
Do I need to be in to accept delivery?
Unless prior arrangements have been made there needs to be an adult present when we make delivery. For smaller appliances arrangements can be made to leave it in a safe place.
Do you deliver to room of choice?
Absolutely we do! Our service doesn't end at the front door and as long as it is safe to do so we will deliver your appliance no matter how many steps or what floor you live on.
All you need to do is ensure there is safe access to your room of choice.
What is your local area?
Our delivery area is roughly a 30 mile radius from our warehouse in Eastbourne. The best way to check is to enter your delivery postcode into our website to confirm if any delivery charges will apply.
What happens if the appliance arrives damaged?
We pride ourselves on delivering your appliance in pristine working order but accidents can happen either when the item is packed and dispatched to us or en route to yourself. If the worst should happen we will arrange to get the appliance swapped over hassle free.
